Bagara Egg Masala

Ingredients:
- 4 Boiled Eggs
- 4 teaspoons Roasted Peanuts
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 cup coconut (grated)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seed
- 2 Dry red peppers
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Paste
- 4 curry leaves
- 2 green peppers
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon tamarind paste
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- 1 cup of water
Preparation:
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the boiled eggs for 2 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and set it aside.
- Grind the peanuts, sesame seeds, coconut with a little water into a fine paste and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, dry red chillies, garlic paste and green chillies one at a time.
- Bake this for a minute.
- Now add the prepared coconut, peanut and sesame paste.
- Fry this for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and optional salt and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add water and mix well.
- Then add the eggs and the tamarind paste.
- Finally add the garam masala powder and mix everything well.
- Serve it hot with steamed rice and a bowl of raita.
