Ingredients:
3 medium eggs
3 ripe bananas
60 grams of dates
50 grams of dark chocolate
50 grams of chopped nuts
10 grams of butter or baking spray
1x organic banana bread mix from Grainfields
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease the cake tin with butter or baking spray and dust it with flour.
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork, cut the dates into small pieces.
Beat the eggs and mix the mashed bananas with the eggs in a mixing bowl.
Put the contents of the bag of banana bread mix in the mixing bowl and mix the whole with a mixer with garden on the lowest setting in a maximum of 1 minute to a batter where pieces of banana are still visible.
Add the nuts, dates and pieces of chocolate and stir gently with a spatula.
Pour the batter into the greased cake tin.
Place the cake tin in the heated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Please note: the baking time may differ per oven.
Tip: the banana bread is ready when you prick it with a fork and it comes out clean.
