Explanation of ingredients fish curry masala (spice mix fish curry)

Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavor, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavor.

Preparation fish curry masala (spice mix fish curry)

  1. Clean 1 kg of fish and cut it into pieces.
  2. Set this aside.
  3. Heat mustard seeds in oil.
  4. Add cumin, 100 grams chopped onion, 2 green peppers, 3 tomatoes and curry leaves.
  5. Add 50 grams of Sakthi Fish Curry Masala with the desired amount of tamarind pulp.
  6. Add 1 cup of coconut paste, water and salt to taste.
  7. Boil this for 10 minutes.
  8. Add the cleaned pieces of fish and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  10. The delicious fish curry is ready to be served with, for example, rice, idli, dosa or chappathi.
