Butter Ghee

Ghee originates from India and is a form of clarified butter. Ghee is extremely suitable for baking, frying and roasting, because it has a high smoke point.
To make ghee, the moisture is separated from the butter by heating it until all the water evaporates and then letting it cool down from the butter again.
The proteins and salts are thereby removed. If necessary, the butterfat can be sieved through a cloth to remove the last contaminants.
This longer heating gives ghee its typical nutty aroma.
Coconut oil, olive oil (only for salads or adding to your food, definitely not in baking or frying) and ghee are healthy fats that your body needs.
Preparation
Use instead of oil and fat. For use in the kitchen and baking.
