Chicory is best stored in the vegetable drawer of the refrigerator. This can take about 3 to 7 days.
Keep in mind that after these 3 to 7 days the chicory is no longer crispy.
You can also freeze chicory: Blanch sliced chicory for 2 minutes before freezing. After that, the praise can be stored in the freezer for 2 to 3 months. Reheating is fine in, for example, a pan of boiling water.
