Usage

• Soak the pots and pans in normal water for 24 hours. Scrub them from the inside and they are ready to use. These actions promote the durability of the clay pots and pans.
• The pots are suitable for use on a gas stove over low heat. Use on an electric stove with a glass top is also possible, but avoid use on an induction stove. The pots and pans are also suitable for use in the oven and microwave.
• Cleaning the pots and pans is easy with a hand wash with lemon and hot water. No soap is needed for this. Avoid cleaning in the dishwasher.
• Preferably use a wooden spatula or plastic brush for cleaning.
• Do not overload the clay pots with food. Use larger pans for party cooking.
• Hold the pots and pans from the bottom with oven mitts or silicone coasters.
• Do not preheat the clay pots and pans without food.
