Storage advice
Store in a cool, dark and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container.
Preparation
- Rinse the flakes well 2-3 times and then drain the water completely.
- Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes and make sure the flakes are soft.
- Then mix jaggery, shredded coconut and cardamom powder with the flakes.
- Make sure the jaggery you use does not contain any mud or impurities.
