Idly chilli powder, also called Milagai Podi or Molaga Podi, is a dry chutney powder served at Idli and Dosa. Idli chili powder consists of black lentils and dried red chili. Idli chili powder can also be used instead of chili powder in curry dishes. Aachi Idly Chilli Powder can be used with oil or ghee for Idly, Dosai and Uttapam. Store the powder in an airtight container after opening and use a clean dry spoon.
