Explanation ingredients fish curry masala

Coriander: The leaves have a lemony taste, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed taste.
Cumin: gives a nutty and peppery taste to dishes. Can be used in, for example, curry or chili.

Preparation fish curry masala
