Preparation

1. Wash the rice in plenty of water, drain.
2. Take 1 cup of rice, 2 cups of water 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and let it rest for 15 minutes.
3. Cook the rice covered for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from the heat and stir the rice with a fork before serving.
