Masala Vada Mix for easy preparation of Masala Vada. A delicious snack, for example with tea. They are deep fried fritters from Udupi and Mangalore region of India. It is a batter based on Bengali lentils and rice flour which is fried until it has a beautiful golden brown color.
Bengal lentils, rice flour, salt, fennel, raising agent (E500 (ii)) - sodium carbonate and acidity regulator (E296) - malic acid.

Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, transfer the contents to an airtight container.
Step 1: Mix half a cup of water with a whole cup of Masala Vada Mix. Add a sliced onion, a piece of sliced ginger and some curry leaves yourself. Stir this well and let it stand for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Make small balls and then flatten them. Fry the flat masala vada in a pan until they turn a golden brown color.
Step 3: Serve the hot masala vada with the desired chutney.
